About Syllabus
The IPMAT (Integrated Program in Management Aptitude Test) syllabus is designed to assess a candidate’s quantitative, verbal, and logical reasoning skills. It primarily focuses on mathematical aptitude, reading comprehension, grammar, and critical thinking abilities.
The exam is divided into two main sections:
- Quantitative Ability (QA) – Tests mathematical concepts, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Verbal Ability (VA) – Evaluates reading comprehension, grammar, and vocabulary skills.
Additionally, Logical Reasoning (LR) is included in IPMAT conducted by IIM Rohtak but not in IIM Indore’s IPMAT.
The syllabus is aligned with Class 10 and 12 concepts, but the difficulty level varies from basic to advanced, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Understanding the syllabus thoroughly helps candidates strategize their preparation effectively.
